Pricing and booking
How much does photography cost?
Every celebration is different, so we price each one individually instead of using fixed packages. You choose the team you need, and we quote only for what your event requires, so you never pay for coverage you do not need. Your price depends on:
- the type of event and the number of ceremonies
- your date and the wedding season
- the hours of coverage
- the team you choose: traditional photographer, candid photographer, traditional videographer, cinematographer or family photographer
- your location and any travel
- your films and album
Why don't you list prices on the website?
Because no two events are the same. A one-hour engagement and a three-day wedding need very different teams, so a fixed price list would not be fair to you. A personal quotation shows exactly what you are getting and what it costs.
What does each team member do?
- Traditional photographer: covers all ceremonies and group photos.
- Candid photographer: captures the natural moments of the whole event, including solo photos of the bride, groom and family, and couple candids.
- Traditional videographer: records the entire ceremony and group video, including all rituals.
- Cinematographer: shoots selected moments and ceremonies with a cinematic look, including a 1–2 minute teaser, a 4–6 minute highlight film and reels.
- Family photographer: stays with your family and friends, covering candid and group photos beyond the main event.
What is the difference between candid and traditional photography?
Traditional photography covers posed portraits, family groups and the key ritual moments. Candid photography captures natural, unposed emotion: laughter, tears, glances and the moments in between. Most weddings use both.
How do I book?
- Check your date through the form, WhatsApp or a call to 07208 659598.
- We discuss your event and send you a written quotation, valid for 10 days.
- Accept the quotation by email or WhatsApp.
- Pay the deposit and send us the proof of payment by email or WhatsApp. Your booking is secured only after confirmation and the deposit.
- We give you a unique customer number to use in all communication and payments.
How does payment work?
Payment is 50% as an advance and 50% on the day of the shoot. The deposit is non-refundable. Your deliverables are handed over after the balance is paid.
What if my event runs longer than planned?
Extra time is charged per person for each additional hour, at the rate in your quotation.
What if I need to change the date, time or location?
Please tell us in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but it may not always be possible. Changes after confirmation are charged extra, and any costs caused by the change are borne by the client.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for the wedding season. Dates are secured only after confirmation and deposit, so check availability first.
Photos, films and albums
What do I receive after the event?
After booking is confirmed, you give us a hard drive. All photos and raw video footage are returned on that drive. We also courier a pen drive with all your photos so you can select the ones you want for your album. Cinematic films are delivered as described in your quotation.
Do you provide albums?
Yes. Our premium photobook comes in a choice of page and cover qualities, with design and printing of up to 30 pages, 12×36 size, with a coverpad, bag and gift box. Extra pages beyond 30 are available at the rate in your quotation.
How long does delivery take?
- Photos: Once you Give a pen drive Then with all photos is couriered within 7–10 days after the event.
- Albums: design takes 25–28 days after we receive your photo selection. After you approve the design, printing takes 3–4 days.
- Films and other selected deliverable: a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks, depending on the wedding season. If a slight delay happens in a busy season, we will keep you informed and deliver as soon as we can.
What do you need from me?
Please share the exact address, date and time well in advance, and have an authorised representative present during all shooting phases. After you choose your album photos, share the selection with us so we can start the design.
Can you use my photos?
We keep the copyright to all images and may use them for our portfolio and promotion unless we have agreed otherwise. If you would prefer that we do not use your photos, tell us in writing.
Travel and destination weddings
Do you travel outside Mumbai?
Yes. We are based in Malad, Mumbai, and cover Mumbai and nearby areas. For outstation or destination events, we will include the travel and accommodation costs, if any, in your quotation. We have also photographed overseas, including a maternity shoot in Dubai.
I live abroad. Can I book remotely?
Yes. You can check your date and discuss your plans over WhatsApp, phone call or email, and we will schedule calls to suit your time zone. You then receive a written quotation, confirm by email or WhatsApp, and pay the deposit by bank transfer or UPI. If you are abroad, message us and we will guide you on the easiest way to pay.
